Biography
Attorney Mastroianni helps clients—both young and old—with their estate planning needs. This includes preparation of basic estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. His practice also includes Medicaid planning for families that face the difficulty of having to place a loved one in need of long-term care in a skilled nursing facility with the goal of achieving for the individual and their family both asset protection and their long term care. Attorney Mastroianni also handles probate and estate administration matters by assisting executors and administrators carry out their responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
