Spring-Ford Counseling is a non-profit agency, established in 1994, that serves the Tri-County Area’s mental health needs.
Spring-Ford Counseling provides therapeutic, professional and educational services in the most ethical manner possible and to all people requesting assistance in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. Spring-Ford Counseling’s staff is comprised of certified addiction counselors, family and marriage counselors, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors and prevention specialists.
Spring-Ford Counseling offers professional treatment for individuals facing struggles related to their emotional or mental state. In addition, Spring-Ford Counseling offer treatment to individuals, couples, and families that are fighting to overcome obstacles including, but not limited to, those surrounding anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, anger management, school and behavior problems, stress management, sexual abuse and emotional trauma. In addition, Spring-Ford Counseling provides drug and alcohol outpatient treatment to children, adolescents and adults (i.e. drug and alcohol intervention programs, drug and alcohol DUI assessments, short-term counseling, etc.).
Spring-Ford Counseling participates with a number of health insurers, both private and public, and works closely with its uninsured clients to provide affordable counseling services on a sliding scale basis.
