This month we are pleased to continue our new Staff Spotlight Series with our second edition, focusing on the OWM Title Department. We would like to introduce Andrea Pirelli and Faye Stoudt, who are our Real Estate Settlement Coordinators. In their roles, they communicate with realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers to facilitate the settlement process and provide the title insurance and transfer of title in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
Andrea M. Pirelli
Andrea has been with O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C. for over seven (7) years. Currently, she serves as the Senior Real Estate Settlement Coordinator in our Title Insurance Department. She is also a Notary Public. Andrea is a veteran Settlement Coordinator as she has been in the title insurance industry for over eighteen (18) years. She has valuable relationships with realtors and lenders and is the liaison with our Title Company, keeping the department running like a well-oiled machine! Andrea owns a home in Collegeville, PA where she lives with her significant other, Jeff, her daughter, Alyssa, her son, Justin, and their Miniature Schnauzer, Abby. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, walking, exercising, watching movies and listening to music.
Faye M. Stoudt
Faye joined OWM’s Title Department two (2) years ago, although she has been in the real estate industry for over fifteen (15) years, working in a real estate agency and also with a lender as a mortgage processor. Currently, Faye serves as a Real Estate Settlement Coordinator in our Title Insurance Department; she is also a Notary Public. Her job at OWM consists of assisting with the process of coordinating a smooth transition to get a homebuyer to the settlement table and into a new home. In her spare time, Faye enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and going to the beach.
