Biography
Melissa Ann Iacobucci, Esquire focuses her practice on matters of family law, including the areas of divorce, custody, equitable distribution, child support, alimony, spousal support, enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements, and prenuptial agreements. Melissa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Williams College in 2008. She received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 2011. While attending law school, Ms. Iacobucci had the opportunity to work as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Elizabeth R. Hey, a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and serves as the Co-Chair of its Women in Law Committee. Melissa currently resides in Phoenixville, PA where she was born and raised.
