Personal Statement:

As a matter of principle and pride, I endeavor to be thorough and vigilant with each clients' file, and their objectives, concerns, and requests. Primarily, my practice areas are concentrated in real estate acquisitions/sales, land use matters, condominium and other community property interests, municipal law, civil litigation, and business planning. I do handle criminal matters, collection work, and other miscellaneous matters as well. As with all OWM attorneys, our approach to a clients' matter is a team-oriented approach, blending each attorneys' specialized areas of expertise with the clients' needs.

I am involved in political and community affairs. Presently I hold local elective office, serving as Chairman of the East Vincent Township Board of Supervisors, Chester County, PA, and providing pro bono legal services to the organizations shown above. I also enjoy real estate investing, reading, playing basketball, and socializing with friends in my spare time.
