Personal Statement:
A native of Southern California, I relocated with my wife and children to Pennsylvania in 1990. In Southern California, my private law practice focused on bankruptcy and business matters. My practice includes all aspects of a general business law practice, with an emphasis on finance matters. Whether representing financial institutions or individuals, I assist lenders in all phases of the lending process, from preparation of loan documents to collection of the loan through litigation or bankruptcy. Representing the borrowers in the loan process often leads to the representation of such parties in workout negotiations and bankruptcy cases. I also counsel clients on the formation and structuring of business entities (corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies) and real estate matters, including leasing and acquisitions.
My background and experience have given me a broad perspective in many types of loan and financial matters. I enjoy problem solving using the rules of our legal system.
