Family Law

The attorneys at OWM Law have substantial educational qualifications and practical experience in the processing, litigating, and settling of all domestic matters (i.e. divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, alimony protection from abuse, adoption, termination of parental rights, etc.).  Please contact us to schedule an initial office consultation to discuss your matter.  We do, indeed, charge for the legal advice given during the initial office consultation, so please make sure that you inquire about same when you schedule your appointment.

The successful pursuit of a Divorce, Custody or Support (i.e. child support, spousal support, and alimony) case begins with the sharing of information.  The basic information outlined in these Web Pages is intended as an introduction only.  The reader should leave this Web Site with a better understanding of the process and with tools to begin to prepare for her or his case.

The Organizer requests basic information necessary for pursuing divorce, custody or support.   Please complete all applicable blanks in order to successfully prosecute your case.  Feel free to download and to fill out the document prior to visiting our office.  You may also complete the Organizer online and return the information to us in advance of your appointment.

After you have provided us with the facts of your case, we can, during the initial office consultation, begin to educate you as to how the law may apply in your case, the rights of you and the other party, best and worst case scenarios, and various settlement proposals and strategies.   It is only then that you can make informed decisions.
