The Executor's Job - A Guide For Your Executor, outlines what is necessary for the successful administration of your Estate. A close working relationship between the Executor and the Attorney is anticipated.

The Planner may be printed into hard copies or downloaded onto your hard drive so that your data may be maintained and updated. The Planner should not only be an organizer for your Estate. It should also serve as a valuable starting point for the administrator of your Estate. Make your Executor aware that you are maintaining this document, and you will receive a posthumous thank you from family and friends!
