Elder Law
Elder Law is a newly defined area of law. Previously, the issues of the older population have been handled in a number of sub-specialties of the law.
Included under the definition of Elder Law is Financial Planning, Health Care Planning, gaining access to public benefits, reviewing long-term care facility options and preventing or dealing with discrimination, abuse and consumer fraud. By bringing these various areas of concentration together under one definition of Elder Law, it is hoped that O'Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C. and other attorneys who chose to do this work can better serve the entire needs of aging America.
