Mr. Ottaviano earned his undergraduate degree in history from Franklin & Marshall College, where he earned varsity letters in both football and track, and his law degree from Widener University School of Law, where he served as Bluebook Editor for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, which ranks among the top specialized legal journals in the United States based on the number of citations from federal and state courts.

While attending law school, Mr. Ottaviano completed a judicial externship to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Ottaviano practiced in Wilmington Delaware for a New York-based law firm that focused its bankruptcy practice on prosecuting and defending avoidance actions and serving as local counsel in all Delaware court matters.

Upon leaving Delaware, Mr. Ottaviano returned to the Pottstown area, where he was born and raised, and joined O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., where he now concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate and elder law.
