William O'Donnell, Jr. (1914 - 1971), Alvin L. Weiss (1926 - ) and Emidio H. Mattei opened their doors as O'Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C. in 1955. OWM Law continues to represent hundreds of clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey operating from our original location on 41 High Street in Pottstown, PA, and from our second office at 347 Bridge Street in Phoenixville, PA.
From the original three lawyers, the firm has grown to thirteen attorneys and a dedicated staff of paralegals, legal assistants, and a legal administrator.
